It sounds like you might be itching to find a way to cancel the ticket (rather than so disappointed to be flying shorthaul IB instead of BA that you don't want to fly at all), but if it's the latter and you're in J, I'd look into rescheduling onto the once daily flights from LHR-MAD on IB's A330 or A340, which has a long haul business class configuration.
