I went through in early May, and they had started using the new entrance, down toward international/around the corner from the older CBP entrance. Could see they were getting ready with the security equipment (for using before CBP), but it wasn't done yet - so new entryway, same process. In early June, everything was set up and they were using the security first. I believe the CBP lines/desks themselves are in the same place, but the entryway further down gave them room to do security first (and what looks like more APC kiosks).

They started shifting things around many months ago. I'm sure it was sometime in 2015 where the UA desks moved from where they were down to about row 12 now - IIRC, that's where the international carriers were in the past.
