Agreed. Particularly annoying that it asks last 4 of credit card used. Some of us use different credit cards at different times for different charges. And some of us use Hyatt Gift Cards which have get trashed once the balance is zero, makes retrieving a past folio almost impossible. Please go back to the previous function, click on the tab, the folio/receipt pops up.
