That must have changed then. Maybe not that recent, but when I used Travelbank for the first time in 2012, I tried to usie it to book flights to BKK, and there was one ANA segment. It didn't come up as an option, and I looked high and low and there was no term like that at the time. It took about five or six phone calls over a week, but finally was able to get an agent to manually use the balance to book the itinerary I wanted. I guess now you definitely can't.
