For winter break I'll be in Argentina and Chile. I love the 787-8 so I had planned to fly down in J via GRU from LAX. Last night I took at look at the scheduled and they changed the equipment to a 772... my heart sunk.

Woke up this morning and AA had changed my flight to SFO - DFW - GRU. ^^^
I'm very excited now I will be able to try out this new plane.

I don't care about the walkup bar, as none of the items never appealed to me, I'm always ringing the button for ice water.

About seating, I preferred the rear facing seats for long haul over night as your head faced away from the isle, a little bummed the 787-9 does not offer this.
