Any options on an award change?
Shortly before the devaluation in Dec, I booked 3 awards NYC-CPH, TRD-ARN, ARN-NYC as a single ticket.
I want to change the TRD-ARN segment. Unfortunately, if I change this segment, not only do I have to pay $90 per person, I also have to rebook it under much higher mileage requirements.
So it will cost me $90 and 20,000 per person to book a segment that's $150 cash.
CSR is telling me that if I don't show up for this segment, I will forfeit the return ticket as well.
I understand that these are the rules...anything you can suggest or am I stuck flying out of TRD?
