I have also noticed that transactions to my IP business card seem to move through the Chase system differently than transactions to a Chase personal card. I have no idea why. I have noticed that some transactions seem to disappear (at least from what I can see) while they transition from pending to being posted in the activity. The amount of available credit clearly reflects that a transaction has been authorized, but it doesn't appear as a pending transaction or in the account activity feed.
