You would need to route yourself through MSP, DTW or ATL

Then your problem goes away, it also adds time, MQM's and potential delays to your travel (possibly cost)

I frequently travel out of BUF so I tinker with that route all the time.

Traveling on Sunday afternoon helps upgrades, forget it on Monday morning.
