Now that Costco has made the change what is everyone doing? Costco was a large contributor to our Skymiles. So far I have not found a replacement card to continue receiving any miles it appears Amex is not offered at Costco.com like someone mentions previously in this thread. As I fly over to Europe once or twice a year, I prefer Skyteam. Any thoughts on Air France's Flying Blue World Credit Card and if it's available for billing addresses in the States?
