No, you can only invite one guest. Only LH's own *G (Senator) and *S (FTL) can buy lounge access for family members as additional guests to LH lounges (SEN or Business lounges respectively).

Are there Priority Pass lounges in FRA? Can I bring them in with me there? I assume an extra cost will be incurred for at least one companion.
The Luxx Lounge in T1 landside is a Priority Pass lounge.
