Avios rewards look same also. Will I be able to use the BA Lounges at LHR given that I am a gold card holder but on a AA ticket?

What about seat allocation will I have full ability to pick a exit seat through the BA MMB as normal when I get the PNR from AA?

Finally why is AA cheaper is it a break in the fare rules by changing the final destination that AA doesnt mind? I checked ITA and its the same fare rules so confused.
Baggage rules depends on the operating carrier, so if travelling on BA metal the BA rules apply.

Not sure what you mean by Avios rewards, the avios earning will depend on the marketing carrier so presumably AA. Lounge access is as per oneworld.

Seat selection will be as normal.

AA being cheaper may be a specific AA fare, or AA has lower fare bucket availability on the AA codeshare hence a cheaper price.
