first message for me here

Just got my citibank prestige credit card from Bangkok where I permanently live. Im in sweden now and was planning to check out current promotions here. It says on there website "shop and dine like a local anywhere in the world" but you can only see promotions from asian countries. Even tho I enter their website from a swedish ip number.

Anyone knows if they only have promotions in asia or am i missing something?
