How can one retrieve the ticket rules of an already booked (and partly flown) ticket?

A friend has booked an international ticket on Swiss stock (742) through a travel agent. Her attempts to rebook were met with conflicting information from the travel agent and Swiss. She asked me for help. Now, of course, I want to read the actual ticket rules. But she never received them, and I can't seem to find them on swiss.com.
