China Eastern website adds nearly $40 in taxes from its original estimate when continue through the booking process on a round trip flight. Then the site adds those into the price the next time you try. Resets to a lower/original price after clearing browser history. Then bumps it up again when clicking through the booking process. Anyone else seen this and have an explanation?
