One comment I will make about Malaysia Airlines is how bad their food served is in economy. It's horrendous and has not improved under the new management.

Could be one of the reason's Mueller left since they could not get rid of Brahmin caterer's as there are political reasons not to get rid of them but whatever it is, MAS will not recover it's reputation because the food being served in economy on domestic flights is just...awful. The food being served on regional and international flights is several levels below what SQ and other airlines are serving not only in portions but also in quality.

And then there is the rather silly "no alcohol served for flights flying less than 3 hours from destination to destination" policy.....still trying to get my head around this.
