It's pretty derisory to be honest but it sounds like you'll be wasting your time pushing for more - further avios probably won't be forthcoming and an apology that even gets remotely close to acknowledging and addressing your complaint definitely won't show up.
I'm sure you're right.
The lack of IFE wasn't really a big issue, as I had my Kindle, my own music and slept for much of the flight; had I received a proper acknowledgement and apology I wouldn't even have expected compensation on top. However, receiving a few standard copy-and-paste paragraphs and a derisory number of Avios from someone in India who clearly couldn't care less just makes me less inclined to let it go.
