Is J worth double the miles over Y (IAH-Tokyo)
While I know this is inherently a personal decision, I'm looking at this trip. Y is 40k miles, J is 75k. I'd be transferring the whole amount from Amex.

I've flown NRT-IAH in UA Y before and while it wasn't super fun, it's doable. I trust ANA Y is better than UA Y and have seen reviews of NH J ranging from OK to great, so not sure if it's worth the premium, given how Amex has tightened up on points bonuses.

Anybody have opinions?
