No recent experience with the Drake, but I cannot recommend highly enough the Langham, particularly a Club Room. Some of the best service I've experienced in North America, plus top-quality hard product and lounge offerings.
Waldorf is a distant second for reasons mentioned above. Great hard product, but prone to service gaffes and recovery can be hit or miss. Often a good deal on FHR, though.
