The irony is that at Disneyland there are no flash photo signs everywhere at the shows, but the mainlanders continually take flash photos. But go to Big Buddha and you are expected to not take normal photos inside and they point their finger at you.

Also be aware that in some buildings/walkways the security guards are a pain (as these normally are private areas, but in some cases they are public areas). Out in the open though, you should be fine by just using the normal courtesies.
