I must be exceptionally lucky, i've had dozens of average to great flights in Y (mainly) & J on MH. Any airline can experience a terrible experience in a sample of 1.

For sure morale has been lower the past couple of years, but I understand that with the redundancies, the 2 incidents etc. For example when BA were massively cutting back their staffing levels to deal with their pension pot deficits, the low morale in staff showed on a regular basis, but that has now massively improved.

So i'll keep flying MH as my experiences are above average. Maybe having the A380's out of London does help though, long time since I flew the A330's, and that was on the short flights to Bali (now replaced by newer 737's).
