Got an email for a targeted Chase Ink card. No way I'd pass 5/24 so I was pretty excited because I've read that a targeted invite can trump the 5/24.

Got the letter in the mail today: denied. Reason: too many cards in the past two years.

Data point against targeted invites trumping 5/24.

I'm going to call Reconsideration, any tips on what to say?
