I believe we've had this thread before in some form. Anyway, I'll answer again...

Tech industry, small company (<50 employees). Policy is one that I set because I travel the most. Business class for greater than 3.5 hours, though we'll do ex-EU or other creative options if appropriate such as giving someone the choice of a Saturday stopover or maybe having to go in W if the prices for J are unreasonable. But it is the traveler's choice.

Under 3.5 hours depends on the price difference. If the difference is reasonable (eg not more than 2.5x the economy cost), then we go in J or F, otherwise economy. We tend to favour OW, though we still end up on other carriers when needed (usually because of route or timing).

We did make an exception to the policy this month... The org is taking a retreat to Montana and Yellowstone. F flights into Bozeman were obscene, and AA has few convenient flights into BZN. So most of us are flying in Y domestically, with those flying in from overseas traveling in J.
