I completed a stay here in April 2016 and used a DSU to upgrade a points and cash booking. I have no more upgrade certificates unfortunately but want to book a points and cash rate for April 2017. I was told there was no availability for $ +points at all in April. Ive had a quick read through the posts but has this hotel had a change in policy? TIA The hyatt rep was not able to advise.
