YES! That helped. Windows would not let me do " ", but would let me do ' '.
Keepass opened the file and displayed it in it's usual manner. At least I was able to print off a listing in a readable, usable format.

Now, one more issue. I like to keep this database in my dropbox so I can access it in multiple locations. The problem is that, without using Keepass, when I click on it, it opens in in a stylized pdf format, but the passwords etc. are readable. Not good for security. Is there any easy way to make sure 'database.kdb.pwd' would only be opened if Keepass tells it to?
