Email. It had the words "breach of contract", "paid benefit", "compensation" and "small claims court" in it

. I don't blame the service center folks, but emphasize that it is IHG that has to fix it. I also said I don't need the kit and only the cert. But as I said, I'll only believe it when I hold the cert in my hands (and hope it would be valid for a few more months). Will report back. My missing 15k points from renewal I already got added a while back plus some goodwill ones.
