I've seen TSA SSI documents requested via the FOIA -- marked up extensively -- practically useless. Oddly enough, the TSA had no difficulities releasing SSI information to about 20,000 screeners with incomplete background checks -- many of whom were later dismissed because they were found to have criminal backgrounds.
If only Osama could learn the deep secrets of the shoe, he could own this country.
