True, but it does say "Phone Offer is not available if you have had an AT&T Access More Card account that was opened or closed in the past 24 months". If there were no free phone offer there would be no need to have this disclaimer. I simply searched for a link which appeared to be working, I have not used it.

Thanks for the new cracked link. I was able to get it in before it died on 7/4. Looking to apply for family member, but this time it doesn't even say the "Phone Offer is not available if you have had an AT&T Access More Card account that was opened or closed in the past 24 months".
