Out of CA's crappie menu your best choice is Cod Fish. This is not only the best option but also your best $$ value.

Make sure your city accepts pre-order. For example they used to allow all international J/F pre-order EX-PEK but now IAH for example is no longer on the list. So they stopped allowing us to order our food.
I just had the Peking duck an few days ago, avoid it. It sounds great but the meat is horrible and the wraps were raw.
