Ok, I got the message loud and clear that I should not have put it in bold
it is not that I am thick headed but was trying to clearly understand where the blame lies from a legal perspective so that I know how best to write the case for CTA or small claims court. My TA has looked into the case in detail and tells me that the responsibility in his mind clearly lies with LH since they were the career for Prg-fra-yul and it was their flight number on yul-yow.
He also had an executive in his agency write to an LH counterpart in an attempt to resolve this case without going the CTA or small case court route. Will see what comes out of it.
I have also contacted Gabor and advised him of the case and he feels that I have a strong case and is willing to help out IF the efforts through my TA do not produce satisfactory results.
