It was a million degrees here in Toronto today and we wanted to get to the airport and drop off our bags for the 11pm flight. Toronto traffic can be horrible and all we wanted to do was drop off our bags, go through security and eat or lounge it up.

We were told we couldn't drop bags after waiting for eternity in line for an earlier KLM AMS flight and AF flight to CDG. So were told to wait until 630pm. YYZ is a horrible airport for waiting before security. Anyone else had issues with this? I know that in AMS you can check in anytime.
