So, I am trying to rent a car from LA Korean town area and return the car to the LAX.
Issue I am running into is that I would like to rent on 27th of July and return on 31st. Since 31st is Sunday, the location I am renting FROM is not open that day and even though I am returning the car to different location which will be open, the system is keep telling me that I can not rent due to return time error.
Does anyone know of work around or do I have to try to book over the phone?

Book the reservation for one extra day, then either contact Enterprise CS via telephone and tell them what you want, or when you pick-up the vehicle explain to the counter rep the same.
Have this problem all the time with National when renting from LGA but returning at a Manhattan location. LGA is open 24 hours but the City locations obviously are not. You cannot book a reservation to pick-up at LGA say at 1AM and return anywhere else put an airport (the only locations with 24/7 hours) for a one day or whatever rental. System will generate the same sort of error you are getting (location not open at return time).
Or, just make the reservation via Enterprise on telephone. Whatever you do make sure there are no penalties for early return (if you book for an extra day), and or it is clear in writing on the reservation the exact days of rental.
