May 25th, I purchased $200 in AA GCs. It didn't process. I decided to try again June 11th, and INTENDED to do seperate transactions, and somehow made one of the GCs $150, instead of $50, again giving me a single $200 transaction. Nothing showed. Today, I reached out via live chat, was very pleasant to the agent, who was very pleased to assist. Within 3-5 minutes, I'd received notice that they were manually applying the credit, and I should see it within 5 business days.
