I stayed at that Ritz the year it opened...middle of summer, something like a $159/nt. rate. Hardly anybody there. Even though it was still working out some kinks, it was a great stay.
Also played the golf course...a Norman design. I remember it being quite a gorgeous course...but a real tough SOB...
