I've been trying to secure 3 J seats on SFO-HKG (CX 879) on 7/19. Availability as of today is as follows;

CX 879: D9 C9 I9 J9 V9 Q9 B9 S9 L9 M9 N9 O9 H9 Y9 K9

Looks fairly open in J, but CX are holding tight to their inventory. What are the chances of getting 3 seats on this flight?

For now I have booked a J award on SFO-LAX-HKG with an early morning departure from SFO connecting to to the 9:30 am CX flight from LA to HKG. I have a very packed itinerary and so I am worried about the 2 hour connection time at LAX. I don't want to miss my connection to HKG incase of delay on AA's side hence the push to try to get on the non-stop from SFO.
