I agree thatīs quite unusual. Even if you donīt have any miles, with proper planning you could probably fly on the majority of those cabins, paying a lot less, by buying miles on AA, AS, UA, SPG…
Since money doesnīt seem to be a factor, you could add a F ticket on GA, which I donīt remember reading about on FT.
