Not having a go at you, but endless posts saying "AA through-checked my bags last week" or "QR through-checked my bags last week" doesn't seem to illuminate very much about what BA might or might not do.
Having said, that the other oddity about this one is that 9K doesn't seem to have a baggage interline agreement with BA. Unless that position has recently changed, I wonder whether they were lucky in any event in getting through-checks by 9K in the past?
Point taken, although I had thought it would be a BA decision as to whether to accept the bags from 9k and would be affected by this change. I am now expecting the computer to say 'No' when we pitch up at the 9K desk in ACK. I am expecting this more now because of what the the lady from You First told me over the phone. I wasn't aware that there wasn't an interline agreement given the willingness of 9k in the past. It hadn't actually crossed my mind that there wouldn't be one.
