If your incoming flight is early and/or outgoing flight late and/or gates just next to each other, possibly yes, but otherwise prob not, as gates usually close some 15mins before dep. If you are very lucky and your incoming flight arrives for instance at any of the gates 21-25 and flight to TMP boards at 22AB, or arriving at 19-21 and boarding at 20AB, you might be able to make it.
