Yes, charge is still showing as pending on AmEx, 20 hours after purchase. I suspect this is normal. But...the aa.com site is still showing my travel as "ticketed." Reservations insists that this is still the system trying to catch up and they can't confirm this by e-mail. I have about four hours before the 24-hour cancellation window closes. Should I try to talk to AA web support again, or simply hope that the system works?
