I have used Costco quite a few times for car rentals and they are quite often much cheaper than booking directly with the same car rental on line sites.

Costco, with their buying power has negotiated special rates with Enterprise and Alamo, which is owned by Enterprise, Avis and Budget, which is owned by Avis and these rates also include a second driver.

You will get 2 conformation numbers on the reservation, but I only have shown the Costco reservation printout at the time of rental and never have had any problems with the rate.
