But with a judge in a court (criminal proceedings, at least), if one does have something to "hide", all they have to do is go for the 5th amendment. I do suppose there are exceptions in such a court (name, address, etc).
However, thanks to scumbag Loy/Ridge/AsKroft & Company with the Orwellian Administraion -- they will do as they please and if you chose to fly, your personal/private business, will become the government's business.
