I just booked 2 Y tickets, YYZ to HKG for 56,300 points each for around the same dates as in their example. $74.16 in fees and surcharges for each. I had to play with the dates a little bit to find the lowest points.

Pretty good deal compared to 75K. I wonder why it's cheaper from some cities vs others. Doesn't seem to have anything to due with distance or hub cities.
