Just to clarify, are you saying you purchased a ticket in EUR (let's say €1000 and you expected to see your GBP card charges at £800, but by the time it hit your GBP card it was £100 more, meaning you got charged £900. Or are you saying you bought a €1000 ticket but by the time BA settled the transaction it was for approx €1200, meaning you paid £100 more?

If the former, BA didn't charge you £100 more, your credit card company did as they used the settlement day FX rate. BA would have made an authorization of €1000 and then in theory they can't then charge anymore than that. If the latter, if you have the confirmation/invoice then you can raise a chargeback with you card provider for an over charge.

If none of the above, I'll get my coat....
