According to the original building plan, after you exit the luggage re-check area, there should be a passage way to a set of stairs and escalator that lead up to a mezzanine level where TSA is located.
After passing through TSA, you go up to the air side connector which will lead you to either T4 or TBIT. Alternatively, there is supposed to be a ramp going down to the bus depot. But I don't think the bus depot is opened yet.
