What has not been discussed (at least I haven't noticed it) is that there are two parts to the seat, moving and non moving.
I will argue that the variations in length and footwell are in the relatively minor part, i.e. nonmovable front part which is restricted by other seats and could easily be modified. Motorized bulk of seat, well not so much. But I suspect that is pretty uniform, though I'm still curious about width, if that is uniform. Quite frankly, I don't remember much difference.
The IPTE seats were never designed to be modular from one fleet to the next. The 744 and 777 seats are not cross-compatible.
