New one from the Ambassador Service Center (Manila). I wrote again that 2+ months after the last exchange still no kit has shown up (renewed in Nov 2015). I told them I have a booking in Aug at an IC which told me I need to present the physical voucher.

Asked if they are going to cover the 500US$ for second night or if they can get me a voucher in time. No need for the whole kit.

Low and behold they claim they can send a voucher only (not the kit) to my mailing address. Now that is new and was never possible and I only believe it when I hold the evidence in my hands, but you would think if that was an option they would have started doing that a while ago. To be continued...
