Seems that you already contacted Expedia to inquire about possible arrangements so I assume they are working on your itinerary, which is probably the reason only some segments are shown. CMT is the actual status of your GDS reservation so that is still looking fine and this will be updated once final arrangements are made.

What did Expedia propose to you? Or did they just answer that they would contact SQ?
