In expedia UK, there are CONFIRMED only
LATAM Airlines Brasil *****
Expedia.co.uk Booking ID ******

But in checkmytrip, there are all flights with unconfirmed GRU-SIN.

In SQ MMB through Kris flyer member, show only Booking Reference ****** and SCL-GRU

I have called to Expedia and they said they still waiting for response from SQ.

I never have experienced with the deleted flights from the booking like this. Then, what shall we do next?
