Payments made in cash will be refunded by cheque or bank transfer - I wouldn't recommend going to an airport location for the refund, they are unlikely to process the refund there.
It will take some time unfortunately. Assuming your email address was in the reservation, you can probably expect to eventually receive an email asking where the refund should be sent.
