I’m very sorry when I post this question/request in the wrong thread.
I follow this community long time ^, but I couldn’t find the right thread. Otherwise please remove… (and please forgive me for my bad english…)

I’m Gold Executive memberand a german and big fan of BA. I hope really that BA (and UK) will not get trouble regarding the voting
of leaving the EU. My wife is japanese and we flight 3-4 times year Japan/Germany since 2010 always with BA.

In september 2015 we booked for may 2016 in Club World with my parents and friends (total 6 persons) flights to Japan and return to celebrate a Japanese wedding…
I booked all flights directly at airport (check-in desk) at Hamburg Airport and paid cash (Barclay Card Promotion ended ….) Flights HAM/DUS to LHR booked in “J Class” and LHR to HND in “R Class”. (At the booking at hamburg airport I don´t get any information regarding the booking classes and regulations)

Few month later my mother gets dramatically ill (cancer) and we stopped the plan of japanese weeding… I called the “Executive Club” hotline and they said, that is possible to cancel the flights and this will be only charged with a fee of round about € 150…I cancelled first the flight of my parents and few week later the flight of friends including me and my wife. Both calling at the Executive Hotline (german line) said: “Cancelling is OK, only a charge of round about € 135-150 will be deduct.” That’s why I agree to the cancellation of flight…

After now 2 month and I wait still for the refund…Several emails follow with finally a “proof of hospilitazion” of my mother… I send a proof (german doctor certification (in english), that my mother is hospital.

Now I get a little bit nervous because before I never checked “booked class” and all the details… I always was very happy with BA and everthing workes very well so far. Especially with a japanese/german relationship we had good experience with BA and always the hotline makes a good job.

But this long time of no responds make me fell insecure and and my google search make me now insomnia….

Was the hotline wrong and I cheated ? Or what I do wrong ?
