What do you mean a "Fulfilment Item" was shown? Did you see this in your IHG account? Is it meant to signify the AMB pack has been dispatched?

Thinking whether I should wait some more for mine (I have a booking in 3 weeks in the IC Barclays NYC) or just cancel and book something else. I don't want to run the risk of no voucher showing up, and having to pay through the nose for a last minute NYC hotel.
